Return & Exchange Policy
All Sales Are Final
At this time, all sales are final.
As a small and growing boutique, The Faith Drop is unable to accept returns, exchanges, or order cancellations once an order has been placed. Many of our items are released in limited quantities and cannot be restocked, which prevents us from reselling returned merchandise.
We kindly encourage customers to carefully review all product descriptions, sizing information (when applicable), materials, and details prior to completing their purchase.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged or defective, you must contact us within 48 hours of confirmed delivery.
Your message must include:
- Your order number
- Clear photos of the item
- Clear photos of the packaging
- A brief description of the issue
Failure to report damage within 48 hours may result in denial of the claim.
All claims are reviewed individually. If approved, The Faith Drop reserves the right to:
- Issue a replacement (if inventory is available), or
- Issue store credit at our discretion
Refunds are not guaranteed and will only be issued if a replacement is not possible.
Additional Policy Information
The Faith Drop is not responsible for:
- Incorrect shipping addresses entered at checkout
- Lost or stolen packages marked as delivered by the carrier
- Normal wear and tear
- Color variations due to lighting or screen display differences
- Damage resulting from improper care, storage, or handling
